We emphasize careful planning to ensure that you get a successful site.
We make certain we understand your "message", the "audience"
you want to reach, and "your vision for the site". You will look at several
design alternatives. This will help establish the "look and feel"
for your site and convey "your vision".
We document your site requirements and provide a quotation identifying those requirements. We start the project when you have approved the requirements and the costs.
If needed, we will suggest hosting solutions, provide update and maintenance plans, and search engine registration.
The Process
- You tell us you need a website. Let us know the number of pages you want and any additional needs. Do you have custom programming, animation, or any other requirements?
- We discuss with you some initial concepts and the overall website design. We make sure we understand your message, audience, goals, content structure, and your vision for the site.
- We will show you several different design alternatives.
- Once the "look and feel" and the design is agreed upon, we provide a quotation identifying your site requirements, the milestones including when your content is needed, and the cost schedule.
- We start the project when you have approved the requirements, schedule, and costs and made your initial payment. Because we use PayPal, we can accept credit cards and other payment options.
- Once approved, we will start programming. You provide the "content". We will build the website and review each milestone with you.
- You review your site and send final changes to us. We make the changes and get your final approval.
- We ready the site for deployment, and transfer it to your web host account. We make sure it all works as promised. You're up and running!
